Let’s Clear Things Up…

Laser isn’t completely pain-free, but it’s very manageable. Most clients describe it as a quick, warm flick on the skin. To make you more comfortable, I use ice packs to cool the area before and after treatment, which massively helps with the sensation and keeps your skin calm.
If you don’t feel anything at all, it could mean the settings aren’t strong enough to give you the best results. I always balance comfort with effectiveness so you can achieve smooth, lasting results without unnecessary discomfort.

EVERYONE is different, but most people need around 10-12 sessions for the best results. Sometimes it’s more, sometimes it’s less.
Factors like hormones, hair type, and area being treated can all play a part.

No, for safety reasons, laser treatments can’t be carried out while you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.

Yes, you can still have your laser treatment while on your period. Many clients do! The only thing to keep in mind is that some women find their skin can feel a little more sensitive around this time, so you might notice the treatment feels slightly sharper than usual. If you’re having bikini area treatments, you’ll just need to wear a tampon or menstrual cup for comfort and hygiene during your session.

Unfortunately there’s no simple answer to this question. It depends on the size, colour, depth, ink, immune system and your skin type. I’ll give you a personalised plan after your patch test.

I use a dermatoscope to take high-quality images of your mole(s) and upload them securely to Map My Mole, where a consultant dermatologist reviews them for any concerns. Results usually come back within 48 hours.
-
Yes - please shave the area 24 hours before your appointment. This ensures the laser can target the hair follicle effectively.
-
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel, otherwise you lose your session or a fee is charged.
